   Anthropic is reporting issues with some aspects of Claude which may result in failed requests, errors loading or sending conversations, or being asked to sign in again; retrying may succeed. Please see https://status.claude.com/ for more detailed information.

   Anthropic reports that the errors that began at 9:00 a.m. were mitigated at 9:36 a.m., and existing conversations are mostly working again. A second issue is preventing many users from signing in (single sign-on - SSO - is unavailable), starting new chats, voice conversations and Claude Code or Cowork sessions, and uploading files. They are advising that If you're currently signed in, please do not sign out. Anthropic continues work on a fix and states that they will post another update within 30 minutes. IT Services is monitoring the status of the fix and we will update as more details become available.

   Anthropic indicates that most services have recovered as of 9:59 a.m. Signing in, starting new chats, voice conversations, Claude Code and Cowork sessions, and file uploads are working again. Some messages sent between 9:00 and 9:59 a.m. may not have been saved. IT Services is monitoring Anthropic's efforts closely and will post another update as more details become available.

   Anthropic reports that the issue affecting Claude.ai, the Claude desktop and mobile apps, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and the Claude API has been resolved, and services have been operating normally since recovery at 09:59 a.m.
