   The root cause of the elevated error rates for Real Device tests in the US-West-1 data center has been identified. Remediation has been applied, and we are actively monitoring the situation.

   After taking remedial action, Real Device test error rates have returned to normal in the US-West-1 data center. All services are fully operational.

   ### **Dates:** Wednesday October 28 2026, 11:10 UTC - 13:57 UTC. ### **What happened:** About ¼ of our RDC customers in US-WEST4 experienced slowness obtaining artifacts. ### **Why it happened:** A network provider had a failure on its infrastructure. ### **How we fixed it:** The Network Team moved traffic to a different network path. ### **What we are doing to prevent it from happening again:** We are deploying an additional observability stack to follow on network vendors changes.
