Punchh: 3rd Party Vendor Outage - Business/Admin Emails (Data Exports)

Timeline

   Mandrill (Mailchimp’s email sending service), which sends Punchh business and admin emails such as data exports, has paused sending because the last Mailchimp payment failed. Sending resumes once the payment is completed. Accounts Payable now handles these payments, and Ogi recommended Elizabeth Boswell to resolve it. Several brands reported missing data exports on 10/20. Same cause as the October 2024 incident (EPS-9351). Brands are not receiving data exports requested from the dashboard. The exports are still being created, but the emails that deliver them are not going out. Other business and admin emails, such as admin password resets, may also be affected. Guest emails are not affected.
