Some users on the Evanston campus are still experiencing issues with connections to the eduroam wireless network. Northwestern IT has escalated this issue with our vendor and is working to resolve all problems as quickly as possible. The next update will be made by 4:30pm CDT.

To help restore stability, we will perform maintenance today, October 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to implement a vendor-recommended change.     Northwestern IT has mitigated the issue originally occurring on Oct. 5th and 6th and the wireless system has been stable since then. Configuration changes have been made to address performance issues reported in large classrooms in the Technological Institute.
