   We are currently experiencing issues with the SMPP service over the United States data center. We are observing issues with establishing new binds, while existing binds continue functioning as expected. The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.

   The issue has been successfully resolved and the SMPP service is once again fully operational. During the specified timeframe, customers connecting to United States SMPP endpoints may have observed issues when attempting to establish new binds.
