   Our authentication system is experiencing significant issues affecting access to all our products. Our technical teams are actively investigating the root cause and working to restore service quickly as possible

   We have identified the root cause of the authentication issues affecting back-office logins as an incident with a third-party authentication provider. API authentication is not impacted. We are closely monitoring the provider's resolution progress and will update this incident as soon as service is restored.
