We are aware that some students may experience issues accessing their PantherMail account or may not immediately see all of their previous email or Microsoft 365 content following the recent account consolidation. If you are unable to sign in: 1. Students who are not also GSU faculty/staff should continue signing in with their @student.gsu.edu account. 2. Students who are also GSU faculty/staff may need to sign in using their @gsu.edu account. 3. If you receive a sign-in error, try again using an Incognito/InPrivate browser window. If you can sign in but do not see your content: Migrated content may take additional time to populate. You may see a MigratedData folder that is currently empty, or some of your previous content may not yet be visible. An empty MigratedData folder does not necessarily indicate that your content was lost or that the migration was unsuccessful. Our teams are actively working through consolidation-related issues. For additional information and frequently asked questions, please review the University Email Consolidation FAQ below: https://technology.gsu.edu/technology-services/email/university-email-consolidation/ Thank you for your patience while we work through the consolidation. We appreciate your patience and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
