   Incident Description: We are investigating an issue affecting the Managed Applications page within SaaS Manager in the EU region. Business Impact: Customers may be unable to load the Managed Applications landing page. Other SaaS Manager functionality remains accessible. The issue is currently isolated to the EU region, with no impact identified in other regions. Restoration Activity: Our technical teams are actively investigating and working to restore normal functionality. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

   Investigation identified a database configuration issue that prevented a supporting service from starting successfully, resulting in the Managed Applications page being unavailable in the EU region. Our technical teams rebuilt the affected database configuration and restored the dependent services. The Managed Applications page is now accessible and functioning normally. Other SaaS Manager functionality remained available, and no impact was identified in other regions. The incident is now resolved.
