    investigating
Incident Description: We are investigating an issue affecting multiple Spot operations for AWS. Customers may experience failures, delays, or degraded performance when performing AWS-related operations through Spot. Business Impact: Affected customers may experience failures or delays across multiple Spot operations for AWS, including instance termination, scaling and capacity operations, and creating or managing Elastigroups. Customers may also experience slow or unresponsive AWS Elastigroup creation workflows and issues with Ocean ECS functionality, including ECS clusters not being listed when attempting to import them. The broader scope of affected functionality continues to be assessed. Restoration Activity: Our technical teams continue to investigate elevated latency and communication failures affecting the processing of AWS operations through Spot. Mitigation changes are being deployed to improve service stability, while teams continue to monitor service recovery and validate functionality across affected Spot operations. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.

    investigating
Further investigation has identified prolonged connectivity timeouts while processing requests associated with AWS operations, alongside degraded responsiveness across multiple Spot operations for AWS. Our technical teams are implementing configuration and resource adjustments to improve service stability while continuing to investigate the underlying cause and monitor affected customer operations.

    investigating
Our investigation identified connectivity timeouts and service instability affecting the processing of AWS operations through Spot. Technical teams increased resources for the affected service components and adjusted service health-check settings to improve stability and reduce repeated service restarts. Following these changes, service responsiveness has improved significantly, and validation has confirmed recovery of key customer-facing operations, including Elastigroup creation and scaling. We are continuing to validate remaining affected functionality and closely monitor service performance and stability before considering the incident resolved.

    resolved
Our technical teams have confirmed that affected Spot operations for AWS have returned to normal. Investigation identified connectivity timeouts and service instability affecting the processing of AWS operations through Spot. To restore stability, technical teams increased resources for the affected service components and adjusted the service health-check timeout to reduce repeated service restarts. Following these changes, service health and response times returned to normal operating levels. Validation confirmed recovery of affected customer-facing functionality, including Elastigroup creation and scaling and Ocean ECS operations. Service performance remained stable throughout the monitoring period, and the incident is now considered resolved. We will continue to investigate the underlying cause. A customer-facing post-mortem report will be published in the coming days with further details on the underlying cause and future preventative measures.
