   Incident Description: Our teams previously identified an issue affecting the Flexera One IT Asset Management (ITAM) service in the US region for a subset of customers. During this time, affected customers may have experienced difficulties accessing the platform and related functionality, with the ITAM interface either failing to load or experiencing longer-than-expected loading times. Business Impact: A subset of customers in the affected US region may have experienced ITAM access issues, including pages failing to load or taking longer than expected to become available. Restoration Activity: Our investigation identified an issue with a database server within the affected production cluster. Our technical teams took corrective action to address the database activity contributing to the issue, after which service returned to normal operation. The incident has been confirmed as resolved.
