   Incident Description: We are investigating an issue affecting Spot services, where a subset of customers may experience launch and scaling issues with across multiple cloud providers. Our monitoring identified increased error rates and service interruptions affecting request processing. Business Impact: Affected customers may experience failures or degraded performance when launching resources or performing scaling operations through Elastigroup and Ocean. Our teams are continuing to assess the overall scope and duration of the impact. Restoration Activity: Our technical teams are actively investigating the underlying cause of the disruption and monitoring service health. The previously observed alerts have recovered, and request processing appears to be returning to normal levels. Teams are continuing to validate service stability and confirm full restoration.
