Between 10:37 and 10:43 (Europe/Paris) on 3 November, some customers saw errors or could not load the Rise Up platform. The cause was an unusual spike in incoming traffic that overloaded our infrastructure. Service has been fully normal since 10:43, and we are putting measures in place to prevent a recurrence.
