   We are currently investigating an issue that is causing intermittent latency with displaying and downloading DocV Images for a small percentage of completed transactions. There is no impact to DocV nor evaluations at this time but images may take additional time to appear.

   Our team has taken steps to mitigate the latency experienced for DocV image display and downloads. There continues to be no impact to DocV evaluations at this time and the team will continue to monitor the situation. We will provide another update once all impact has been resolved.
