OIT is experiencing a problem with the PaperCut Print Deploy client, which helps customers make new connections to our MyPrint service. We are currently working with our vendor on a solution. As a temporary workaround, customers who do not have printers already installed can go to https://myprint.brown.edu and print via the site's Web Print service.
