   We are currently investigating an issue with our SMS deliverability in France. We are currently unable to send SMS to phone numbers registered with the cell carrier Orange. We are actively working with our partners at Twilio to resolve the issue. In the meantime, affected users may be unable to receive SMS for 2FA, card authorizations, and other account-related notifications.

   We’re continuing to work with Twilio and the carrier Orange to restore SMS delivery to French phone numbers on the Orange network. Twilio has escalated the issue directly to Orange, and we’re pressing for an urgent resolution. We don’t yet have an estimated time for a fix. In the meantime, affected users can configure some notifications to be sent over other channels such as email or push. Alternatively, users can enable text messages over WhatsApp as a temporary workaround to keep receiving text messages for 2FA codes, card authorizations, and other account notifications. Both options are available in your Brex profile's notification settings.
