    investigating
We’re seeing problems with crypto deposits and withdrawals because a third-party service we use to process transfers is down. New crypto deposits and withdrawals are delayed until it’s back. Your funds are safe. Pending transfers will be processed once the service is restored. You don’t need to do anything, and please don’t send the same transfer again. We’re working with our provider to fix this and will post another update within 60 minutes.

Our teams are building a way to safely restart crypto transfers while our provider stays offline. We’re also doing extra checks to make sure every transfer still meets our usual security standards when we restart. As before, your funds are safe, and queued deposits and withdrawals will be processed automatically. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll share another update by **20:00 CET**, or sooner as soon as transfers start moving again.

Our engineers are still resolving the issue, the root cause of which is external to Bitvavo. Bitvavo’s own systems, your account and your funds are not affected. Queued deposits and withdrawals are kept safe and will be processed automatically, in order. Thank you for your patience! We know delays can be frustrating. Next update by **22:00 CET**, or sooner once transfers start moving.

    monitoring
We’ve rolled out a fix and crypto transfers are moving again. Queued deposits are being processed and withdrawals are going out. Because there’s a backlog, it may take some time before your transfer is completed. Your funds remain safe, and there’s no need to send a transfer again. Thank you for your patience. Next update by **00:00 CET**, or sooner once the queue has cleared.

Many crypto deposits and withdrawals are being processed again, but not all of them yet. Some transfers, especially those to or from addresses you haven’t used with Bitvavo, will stay queued for longer. We expect everything to be fully back to normal by **10:00 CET tomorrow at the earliest.** Our teams will keep working through the night to clear the queue. Your funds remain safe. Every queued transfer will be processed automatically, so there’s no need to try again. Thank you for your patience while we work on this. Next update by **09:00 CET**, or sooner if anything changes.

We now expect all deposits and withdrawals to be fully operational again **by the end of today, 5 November**. Until then, some transfers, especially those to or from addresses you haven’t used with Bitvavo recently, may stay queued. They’ll be processed automatically, so there’s no need to try again. **Your funds remain safe.** We apologise this is taking longer and thank you for your patience!
