   We are experiencing elevated API latency and delays in message processing. As a result, new messages may take longer than expected to appear in inboxes, and some operations may be delayed due to backlogs in our processing queues.

   Systems are returning to normal. Most processing queues have cleared, and API latency has recovered to normal levels. A few services are still working through remaining backlogs, so some customers may continue to experience delays. We are monitoring recovery closely.
