   We are investigating an issue affecting Talent Search in Talemetry CRM. Users may experience location filters with a radius (for example, "City, State" within 25 miles) not being applied when searching or filtering candidates, which can return a much larger set of candidates than expected, including in saved searches and automated searches. The issue is intermittent and does not affect all locations. Start time: November 2, 2026 (first reported) Next update: within 4 hours (by 2:45 PM ET) or sooner as more information becomes available.

   We have identified the issue affecting Talent Search in Talemetry CRM. Our engineers are actively working on a fix. Until it is resolved, location filters with a radius may intermittently not be applied, which can return a larger set of candidates than expected, including in saved searches and automated searches.    A fix has been deployed and Talent Search location filters with a radius are being applied again. Searches are returning the expected, narrowed results. We are monitoring performance and stability. Next update: 10:30 AM ET or upon resolution.

   This incident has been resolved. Impact Summary: Location filters with a radius in Talent Search in Talemetry CRM were intermittently not applied, which could return a larger set of candidates than expected, including in saved searches and automated searches. Cause: A change in how our location lookup service authenticates with an external geocoding provider caused some locations to fail to resolve, so the radius filter was left out of those searches. Mitigation: We deployed a fix to the location lookup service, and radius filters are being applied correctly again. An RCA will be provided within 7-10 business days if applicable.
