   We have identified an issue preventing processing of invoices for customers globally. Customers are presented with error message “sync failed, contact support” when attempting to process invoices. We are investigating. Some of the impacted products/services include: -Sage 50 France -Sage 100 France Comptabilité -Sage Online -Sage 50 CA -Sage 100 France Hébergée -Sage Intacct -Sage FRP 1000 (FR) -Sage X3 Hosted (FR) ---------------------------------------- Nous avons identifié un problème empêchant le traitement des factures pour les clients à l’échelle mondiale. Les clients voient le message d’erreur « Échec de la synchronisation, contactez le support » lorsqu’ils tentent de traiter des factures. Nous sommes en cours d’investigation.
