   We are aware of an issue occurring within the Optum Integrity one application that is causing various issues with launchpad. Technical teams are engaged to resolve the issue and we will provide updates as more information becomes available. Since the issue is only with the launchpad, we recommend you to try using the standalone link https://prod.ecac.o360.cloud/Optum.CAC.Web.UI/login as a workaround to login to the application.

   Our Optum technical teams have resolved an issue that caused users to experience login error while loading the Optum Integrity one application Launch Pad. Optum technical teams will continue to monitor the stability of the system. Thank you for your patience as our teams worked to resolve this issue.
