   We have identified the root cause affecting Career Sites: an issue with a third-party captcha verification service that was preventing jobseekers from submitting applications. A temporary workaround is being applied so that jobseekers can submit applications on career sites, and work on a permanent resolution is in progress. Applications that failed to submit earlier were not saved, so jobseekers may need to retry or reapply. Next update: 10:30 AM PST (1:30 PM EST).

Applications that failed to submit were not saved, so jobseekers may need to retry or reapply. Cause: Incorrect Captcha triggers were incorrectly firing and may have prevented jobseekers from submitting applications. Mitigation: We have prevented the incorrect Captcha triggers and verified that applications are successfully processing as expected. We are confident jobseekers will not encounter application errors, and no errors occurred during the monitoring period. An RCA will be provided when available.
