We're currently experiencing issues with notes and folders failing to load on macOS and Windows. Our team are looking into the root cause and working to find a mitigation, and we'll provide another update soon.

The earlier issue affecting slow loading of notes on macOS and Windows was only affecting a very small number of customers, so shouldn't be causing any problems beyond this. If you're still having problems, get in touch at [email protected].
