    investigating
We are investigating elevated capacity utilization affecting Remote Access Client at the Europe (Paris) data center. To maintain service quality and reliability, this location has been temporarily removed from rotation for new connections. Customers may experience the following: Existing connections will remain active, and customers can continue using the service without interruption. New connection attempts will be automatically redirected to the nearest available data center configured for your organization. Customers connecting with a location-specific address may receive a certificate warning. We recommend using the automatic selection address for seamless connectivity. Our engineering team is actively monitoring capacity at this location throughout the day and is taking steps to minimize any further impact. Updates and additional details will be provided as new information becomes available. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
