    We are currently experiencing a technical issue with Authorization & Payments on the triPOS Cloud platform. Clients who utilize Link 2500/2500 SE terminals for processing may be unable to pair their devices. Technical resources are working to identify and resolve the issue as a matter of priority.

    We have resolved the technical issue with Authorization & Payments on the triPOS Cloud platform. The system is now operating as expected. Clients who utilize Link 2500/2500 SE terminals for processing may have been unable to pair their devices. Some devices that were paired earlier may be required to re-pair to connect properly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your customers.
