   We are currently observing issues with AI Agent bots failing due to GenAI service unavailability. Initial investigation indicates that the issue appears to be originating from the Azure side, impacting GenAI service availability.    Hi Team , We would like to inform you that the issue impacting AI Agent bots due to GenAI service unavailability has now been resolved. Services are currently stable and functioning normally.
