   Our devops and engineering teams are investigating reports that some users are experiencing error pages when trying to access their help desk. Further updates to follow

   We isolated the recent help desk access issues to a sudden spike in usage. To fix this, our team is rolling out capacity increases and performance optimizations. We're continuing to monitor closely though for the past 30 minutes global availability has been stable.
