   Clients may experience delays in SMS delivery starting at 12:30pm today. We are actively investigating and working to restore normal performance. We will provide an update within 30 minutes.

   Our SMS provider experienced elevated error rates from 12:30 PM to 1:10 PM, which delayed message delivery. The provider has made a fix, and performance is back to normal. Delayed messages are now being delivered, and we’ll close this incident once the queue is fully processed.
