   We are currently investigating an issue affecting the "Report Out" functionality in FoundationIP (NA Multi-Tenant). Users are experiencing extended delays when attempting to send messages or emails, with requests remaining in a loading/pending state and failing to complete successfully. As a result, email-based communications and related Report Out activities are currently impacted for affected users. The technical teams continued investigating the underlying reason for the scheduler backlog. We'll share the next update by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 15:30 UTC or early as events warrant.

   A fix was implemented, and subsequent validation testing by the technical teams confirmed that the service was working as expected. Customers confirmed that emails and messages were being processed successfully without the delays, confirming successful restoration of the service. This is the final notification for this incident, and issue stands resolved.
