   We are experiencing a service degradation affecting Email, RCS, Viber and Zalo, caused by the ongoing planned maintenance announced here: https://status.infobip.com/incidents/0b8pkdf07sgf You may experience delays in traffic processing, increased accept latency, messages remaining in pending or retry state, and intermittent timeout or failed processing behavior affecting Email, RCS, Viber and Zalo. The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.
