   We’re currently seeing publishing failures through Buffer for Mastodon accounts hosted on [mastodon.social](http://mastodon.social) and [mastodon.online](http://mastodon.online). This affects some Mastodon posts, rather than all Mastodon publishing. The [mastodon.social](http://mastodon.social) team has reported connectivity issues and is actively investigating. We’re tracking the disruption and its impact on publishing through Buffer. We’re sorry for the interruption and appreciate your patience.

   The success rate for Mastodon publishing over the past hour has significantly increased, and although both [mastodon.social](http://mastodon.social) and [mastodon.online](http://mastodon.online) status pages still show “investigating”, the behaviour we’re seeing suggests the issue may be resolved. We'll continue to monitor this.
