Between approximately 6:55 p.m. and 7:14 p.m. EST today, some customers in our US production environment experienced increased API errors and degraded functionality in the Customer Portal. Affected operations included reading and updating entities, retrieving reviews, and creating analytics reports. We have mitigated the issue. Services have recovered, and we are monitoring to ensure continued stability.
