There was an increase in failures for Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) transactions processing in multiple states on the Conduent network. Conduent advised they completed their planned maintenance later than expected and confirmed all services have been restored. All Worldpay systems were operating normally throughout the duration of the incident. Worldpay will continue to actively monitor the environment for stability.
