   At around 2pm UTC _(3pm BST)_ today, we expect to take Ticket Tailor offline to apply an urgent security update. We anticipate the time we are offline being very short. While we’re offline, ticket sales, event pages, order management and check-in will be unavailable. **Why we’re doing this?** A serious security vulnerability has been found in PHP, software used across a large part of the internet, including to build our platform. You can read more about the vulnerability [here](https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/news/critical-security-issue-affecting-php). ​A fix is due to be released today, and we need to apply it to our servers as soon as it’s available. We’re doing our utmost to keep the downtime as short as possible, but security is our top priority. We’re sorry for any disruption to your events today.
