   Since 16:45 UTC (11:45 AM ET), our payment processor has been responding slowly or not at all. Card and ACH payments made through invoices, the customer portal and merch stores may time out or show an error, and refunds may not complete. A payment that showed an error may still have been charged. Please don't retry a failed payment right away; that can result in a duplicate charge. Once service is restored, we'll check every affected payment and make sure it's recorded correctly in Printavo. We're monitoring the issue.

   Our payment processor has resolved the incident, and payments are processing normally. We're reviewing every transaction made during the outage to make sure each charge and refund is recorded correctly in Printavo.
