Between 27 October and 3 November you may have encountered slowness or timeouts in syncing CAPI devices and Nfield manager. This only applies to a small subset of domains in the APac region running large and highly complicated surveys. We have identified the cause and applied a mitigation. We apologize for any inconvenience and are taking measures to prevent this from happening again in the future.
