   We have received reports from customers that some students are encountering a "Fatal Error" message after submitting an assessment. At this time, the issue appears to be affecting a subset of students. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to determine the root cause. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

   Thank you for your patience as we addressed this issue. We identified a condition that could result in some users encountering an error when submitting assessments. We have deployed an update that addresses the condition that was resulting in these assessment submission errors and improves overall reliability during assessment submission. Following this update, students are now directed to the portal homepage after completing an assessment. Assessment scores continue to be available through the portal. We will continue to closely monitor system performance and validate the effectiveness of these changes to help ensure a reliable experience.
