   Some customers on EU SL1 (FRA) may have experienced increased latency beginning at approximately 5:30 AM PT. The degradation primarily impacted the Learner Home service, resulting in slower response times when accessing and navigating the platform. The issue subsided at approximately 7:30 AM PT, and service performance has since returned to normal. We will provide a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within 7 to 10 business days.
