Our engineering team is actively investigating intermittent issues with Onfido's motion-capture service, causing evaluations for some Alloy Customers to reach "Partial" results. We are in contact with Onfido and will provide additional updates as we receive them.

Onfido identified the root cause of the issue preventing motion capture. Their engineering team rolled back a recent change and the issue is now resolved. Evaluations running through Onfido for document verification should now complete successfully.
