We are aware that some of our customers are experiencing issues with enrolling their T6 devices in the Resideo Connect Application after unregistering. Affected customers may see a "Device Already Registered" error. Our teams are working to investigate this issue. Direct control of your T6 is not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
