Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore service safely. We will keep updating as we debug and more information becomes available.    We are currently experiencing degraded service with the Campaigns API V1 for creating campaigns. Requests to create campaigns through this API may fail or be rejected. We recommend creating campaigns from the MoEngage dashboard in the meantime. Campaigns that are already created and running are not affected.
