   We are investigating an issue where some buyers are temporarily unable to download purchased files (including MP3s, WAVs, track stems, and license PDFs) from the Marketplace and Pro Pages. When attempting to download, users may see an error stating: _"This item is not available to download, the transaction is not complete."_ **Impact:** • **What is affected:** File and license downloads on web and iOS for select completed orders. • **What is NOT affected:** Your payments and orders. Completed purchases are secure and have not been cancelled or lost. **Current Status:** Our engineering team has identified the underlying cause in our download verification service and is actively working on a fix to restore full download access as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as soon as more information is available.
