   We are aware of an issue causing latency for job processing when using the Neverbounce platform and Neverbounce API. During this time, jobs may be stuck processing and may not run successfully. Our Engineering teams are actively investigating and working toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

   Our Engineering team has identified the issue causing latency for job processing and implemented a fix. New jobs should run as expected on the Neverbounce platform and API. Jobs that were previously experiencing delays in processing may take some additional time to run as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as needed.    The fix implemented by our Engineering team has resolved the issue. Jobs should now consistently be processing as expected on the Neverbounce platform and Neverbounce API. Some previously impacted jobs may still be processing at this time, but should process as expected shortly.
