   Yesterday evening, we experienced a network (DNS) issue that stopped some Zettle merchants from taking card payments. We've fully resolved the issue, and we apologise for the disruption. Some merchants may still see errors, because DNS data is cached across the internet and can take time to refresh. If this applies to you, please clear the caches along your whole connection chain: restart your app, card reader, device and router, then switch networks (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If you're a partner, please also flush the OS, server and resolver caches, including Cloudflare and Google. If you're still having problems, please contact support.
