We've been seeing a spike in connection issues with Synchrony co-branded store cards. Our Direct Import provider is aware and working on it. In the meantime, use our other transaction entry methods to keep your accounts up to date! (Please note: We've heard from a few YNABers that Synchrony doesn't offer transaction files to download so check out other quick-entry options under "Adding Transactions: Mobile Overview")
