   Hello, Our provider reports the following update: Testing has confirmed that the AT&T network interface and the local access provider's connection to the site are operational. The local access provider was able to reach the network interface device and reported the customer-facing port up, but observed limited traffic coming from the site. Because the original issue involves significant packet loss and throughput degradation rather than a complete loss of connectivity, additional validation is still needed before the investigation can be concluded.
