   We’re investigating delays to some UK seller payouts. Stripe, our 3rd party payout provider, has identified the issue and is working on a fix while expediting affected payouts. We don’t have a confirmed recovery ETA yet, and we’ll share another update within 30 minutes.

   Our payment provider has applied a change so that new payouts are no longer affected and will follow the normal schedule. They are now working on the quickest way to expedite the payouts that were already delayed. We do not have a confirmed arrival date for the affected payouts yet but will post an update when we do.

   Our payment provider has successfully tested the process to speed up one of the delayed payouts and is now applying it to the remaining affected payouts. We do not have a confirmed completion time yet.

   Our payment provider has completed the work to speed up the originally delayed UK and EU payouts, and initial checks show their arrival dates have moved earlier.

   A small number of payouts in other countries were also affected, with arrival dates delayed by no more than one day. These will arrive on the date currently shown in Seller Hub, and no further action is needed.

The provider has fixed the cause and is now expediting the delayed payout(s), so they may arrive earlier than the date currently shown in Seller Hub. Your new payouts are not affected.
