   This incident is resolved. Between approximately 19:08 and 20:47 PDT on 19 August 2026, delays in our publication processing pipeline meant newly released editions took longer than usual to become available. The cause was a fault on one of our internet connections; processing was moved to an alternative path and the backlog cleared. Reading, browsing and account functions were unaffected throughout, and no data was lost. We apologise for the delay.
