   We have received reports that UAOnline is currently experiencing issues. The Identity Access Management team is aware and has identified the cause. A certificate issue is causing incorrect password errors for users who recently reset their credentials. We will be making updates at 3 hour intervals as they work towards a fix.    The IAM team has resolved the issue with the UAOnline service, and confirmed the fix to be stable. The certificate update that caused the issue was reverted.
