   We are currently investigating reports of users are unable to create, upload, replace, or save documents. Our team has confirmed the issue and is actively working to identify the root cause. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.    We have identified the cause of the issue affecting document creation, uploads, replacements, and saving. A fix has been developed and is currently being prepared for deployment. We expect the fix to be implemented within the next hour. Document generation and merge functionality continue to operate normally and are not impacted by this issue. We will provide another update once the fix has been deployed or if our timeline changes.
