   We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting our services. Our engineering team is actively investigating the situation and working hard to deploy a fix as quickly as possible. We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information regarding the root cause.

   The recent service disruption was caused by an issue encountered during an upgrade. This impacted a handful of customers, and left some of our internal services unable to communicate with one another. The issue was remediated by updating some of our internal certificates which are used for mTLS communication. We apologize for any disruption to service, and we plan to review our upgrade process to ensure this doesn't happen again.
